• Valley Outlaws reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for behavioral issues or failure to comply with program rules.

3. Registration and Fees

Registration for our programs is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until payment is received. Fees are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Program cancellation by Valley Outlaws
• Medical reasons with appropriate documentation
• Requests made at least 30 days before the program start date (subject to a processing fee)

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Valley Outlaws website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Valley Outlaws and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Media Release

By participating in Valley Outlaws programs, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, and other media featuring you or your child for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valley Outlaws is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in our programs. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.
